General Terms of Sale

We, at TherapieVie.com wish to provide you with the best service possible.  Standard processing time will be 5-7 business days.  Though on occasion, with significant increases in sales volume, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product on the site.  If an ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email once it becomes available again.

Should you wish to return a product, please contact us at 212.877.3307 or info@therapievie.com with details on the reason for return and you will be advised as to how to proceed. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of original shipment on the strict condition that items are in their original purchase condition, not damaged, including the original product packaging manufacturer's containers, price tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns & exchanges. Exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee with the exception of defective items.

In the event that any product is damaged in shipment, we will replace that item immediately or refund you the amount of your original purchase.

Upon receipt of returned products, amount debited on your credit card to the order of Thérapie Vie with regard to said products (except for cost of delivery) will be credited as soon as possible.

In the event that TherapieVie.com's responsibility towards you is confirmed, said responsibility would be limited to an amount equal to the price of the returned product. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in the present article can have the effect of limiting any right you may have as a consumer pursuant to any public laws which may apply to you.  If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  TherapieVie.com does sell products to children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.  If you are under 18, you may use TherapieVie.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.  ThérapieVie.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

TherapieVie.com shall not be held responsible for a failure to execute, in whole or in part, any of its obligations towards you, nor for losses or damages that could result from such failure to execute, if said failure is as a result of an act of God or of any circumstance beyond its control. 

Restrictions Related to Site Use

Unless otherwise indicated in one section of the Site or another, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, displayed or transmitted in any way without prior written consent from Thérapie NY.
